Underwater colour madness

I thought that title was better than "too little fishies". (yes, you got me, I had no idea for the title XD)
What are they?Punkfish but in a different form. I dunno. They suddenly popped up like this in my head....I have to thank *Schatten-Phoenix - she gave me the idea. Thankies ^_^
Who are they?
_{The left one's mine, his name is Acid. Sue me for that name if you like. As you might have noticed, Acid's a lot different from that lady on the right. He's got...8 piercings whoa...wow and a tatto. That's quite normal for punkfish...but the eyes....nobody knows how he got them like that, but it is rumored that he stayed out of the water for too long. ^_^
The right one however is not really my character, it's my friend's character, called Felicia- she came over to my house some time ago and we decided how to colour her. ^_- So she chose the colours for Felicia while I chose Acid's.
Well, Felicia's still kinda in that developing phase, so what could I tell ya: She doesn't have anything tatto/piercing-like stuff on her (might come later though?) So...sorry, I got not much to say right now, but we'll work on Felicia.}
What is wrong with the background?Since my friend did not like the plain blue I just went crazy, hence the title....some of you might recognize a coral reef. I'm sorry, it looks so blah. D:
